✔ Base rate per property: $30 (includes 2 cans)
✔ Additional cans: $15 each

Sometimes trash comes up unexpectedly, guests leave extra bags, pickup was missed, or a quick cleanout is needed. Our On-Call service gives you fast support.
On-Call Pricing
✔ 24–48 hours’ notice: add $30
✔ Less than 24 hours’ notice: add $50

If we cannot service your property in under 24 hours, you will not be charged the $50 short-notice fee.
