Our monthly service covers everything from taking your trash cans and recycling bins to the curb the night before pickup to returning them neatly after collection. You get reliable weekly service, easy online payments, and peace of mind all year long.
How often will you come?
We visit once a week, every week of the year. You never have to worry about holidays or weather — we’ll be there unless your town suspends pickup due to severe conditions.
Do you take care of recycling too?
Yes. If your town collects recycling every other week, we’ll include that in your service. We’ll follow your town’s pickup calendar to keep everything on schedule.
What happens if my trash day changes?
No problem. If your town updates its schedule, just let us know. We’ll adjust your service day right away so your cans are always handled on time.
Do you offer plans for different household sizes?
Yes. We have three plans to fit different needs:
Starter Plan – $40/month: Up to 2 cans per week
Premium Plan – $55/month: Up to 4 cans per week
Business Plan – $65/month: Up to 6 cans per week Each plan includes recycling service and automatic monthly billing.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans anytime. Just contact us and we’ll update your service within the next billing cycle.
How do payments work?
All payments are handled online through a secure billing system. Once you sign up, payments renew automatically every month until you decide to pause or cancel.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No. Our monthly plans are pay-as-you-go. You can cancel anytime with a one-month notice. We believe in earning your trust through great service, not contracts.
What if I’m on vacation or away for a while?
You can let us know in advance and we’ll pause your service temporarily. We’ll resume as soon as you’re back, so you only pay for the time you actually use.
Do you handle driveways or gated properties?
Yes. If your bins are behind a gate or on a long driveway, just share details when signing up. For driveways over 100 feet, we’ll provide a quick custom quote to match the distance.
Can businesses sign up for monthly service too?
Absolutely. We offer our Business Plan for small offices, property managers, and rental properties that need consistent weekly care. We handle everything so your property always looks clean and professional.
